Dr. Kevin, Director of TIM, is a reputed academic, author and former Pro Vice Chancellor of the University of Kerala. He has three decades of experience in higher education as a teacher and educational consultant. He serves as the Resource person for teacher training programmes of Academic Staff colleges and a number of Faculty Development Progammes and Management Development Programmes. He was the Chairperson of NAAC peer teams for assessment and accreditation of colleges in Maharashtra, Madya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.

Dr. Kevin is an approved research guide in Commerce and Management. He has published several research articles in scholarly journals including Finance India, the Economic and Political Weekly, Yojana, International Journal of Management and Systems, and Decision, among others. He has published five books in the areas of finance and management. His publishing works and research papers are well recognized by different industrial and academic bodies.  Apart from teaching, writing and consulting, he has extensive experience in University administration and curriculum development.

Dr. A. Viswanathan, Professor and Head of Operations and Systems Department, is a graduate in Electrical Engineering and post graduate in Business Administration from the University of Kerala. He has a Ph.D in Total Quality Management in the Operations domain, from University of Kerala. He has over 30 years of experience in industry in functional as well as general management areas. He had been a Member (Management Expert) in the Selection Board set up by Government of Kerala for recruitment of Chief Executive Officers in Public Sector Enterprises, in 2009 and in 2010. He has conducted several training programmes for managers of Public sectors in Kerala. He had been a Consultant to the Government of Kerala Institutions, the Centre for Management Development and the Public Sector Restructuring and Internal Audit Board. He has executed several consultancy projects. He participated in the Faculty Development Programme, at Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. He has presented papers in National and International seminars. He is also the Placement Coordinator at TIM.

Prof. T. Abdul Karim Musaliar is the Executive Director of the Institute. He is a graduate in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Kerala. He brings with him over 30 years of industrial experience as the Managing Director of various business organizations and over a decade of teaching experience. He heads the Department of Marketing at TIM. He is trained on Case Study Method of Teaching at Harvard Business School. He Is also a member of the TKM College Trust.

The Dean of the Institute, Prof Nissar is a graduate in Civil Engineering from the University of Madras and holds his M. Tech from IIT Kharagpur He has over three decades of experience at TKM College of Engineering from where he retired as Principal. He has also served as Director at TKM Institute of Technology, a sister institution under the TKM College Trust. He co-ordinates the academic activities at TIM.

Prof. A.M. Salim, the Emeritus Professor, is an alumnus of the Indian institute of Management, Ahmedabad. An Engineering graduate with post graduation In Business Administration, he has also a Diploma in Planning from, National Institute of Planning, Design and Architecture, New Delhi. He was a member of the faculty at Cochin University of Science and Technology before he took up assignment a. the Chief of Projects in the Kerala State Planning Board. He is associated with the Board of Studies of various Universities in Kerala and is a member of the Board of Directors of Federal Bank.

Dr. M.M. Sulphey is Professor and Head of the Human Resource Management Domain. He has two decades of experience in the Industry and over five years’ of teaching experience. A post graduate in Commerce from the University of Kerala and Psychology from Madras University, he also has an LLB from University of Kerala. Further, he has a PG Diploma in Personnel Management from NIPM, Calcutta. He has a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour from University of Kerala. He is also an Associate of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai, as well as executive committee member of the Trivandrum Chapters of Indian Society for Training and Development & National Institute of Personnel Management. He is an approved Research Guide of Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore; Anna University, Coimbatore; Dravidian University and Sastra University. He has presented papers on management related subjects in a number of national/international seminars.

Dr.Santhosh V.A, Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management holds an MBA specializing in HRM & an M.S in Counseling and Psychotherapy. He is a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Marketing Management. He brings with him several years of industrial and teaching experience He has also passed UGC-NET (Lectureship).Presently pursuing Doctoral Research in HRM.

Mr.Rajesh Janardhanan, Asst Professor in Finance, has MBA with Specialization in Finance & HR from MG University, and M.Com (Finance) from University of Kerala. Currently pursuing CA from The Indian Institute of Charted Accounts India. He has more than 10 years of Industrial experience in Finance & Audit field with leading Chartered Accountancy firms, Tax Constancy firms and MNC's in India and four years of teaching experience as Assistant Professor in reputed B-Schools at Bangalore .He was domain head for Finance subject at New Horizon College- Bangalore, MVJ College- Bangalore & Holy Grace Academy of Management Studies, Thrissur. He was previously internal auditor of Tourism Department, Republic of Maldives and Rubber Board-Kottayam for a period of 4 years and Assistant HR Manager - (Recruiting) in MICO-BOSCH- Bangalore for period of 2 years.

Ms.Anju is the Assistant Professor in Business Communication and facilitates Soft Skills training in TIM. She has more than 9 years of experience as a trainer and educator in institutions of repute. Outside Kerala, she has worked in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Mysore. She was a soft skills trainer in Icfai National College for four years. Her academic background roots back to Post Graduation in English and BEd with SET. She has completed Faculty Training Program from Icfai Head Quarters, Hyderabad and was a rank holder in the online training program for soft skills trainers. Ms. Anju has presented papers in different national and international seminars on topics related to soft skills, education and personal empowerment. She has also conducted more than four dozen workshops on holistic learning and personal development for college students.

Dr. Nair is an Asst. Professor in the area of Marketing at TKM Institute of Management. He has a PhD in Services Marketing and Masters Degree in Commerce from Vikram University (M.P.) and has done his PGDM from Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore. He has 9 years of varied experience in industry as well as teaching. He has presented many papers in International and National seminars and published several research papers in the area of Marketing in journals of repute. He has successfully organised MDP & FDP programs in the areas of Case Teaching & Research and is the author of the book titled "Cases in Services Marketing" published by Excel Books, New Delhi. He is an approved research guide of Bharathiar University, Coimbatore for its Ph.D program.

Mr. Salil, Senior Lecturer in Marketing holds graduation and post graduation in management with UGC-NET. He has four years of industry experience and four years of teaching experience. Formerly with Icfai Academy, he was one among the three Lead Faculty Members in Kerala region in Marketing. He has also associated with NETRI (Network for Education, Training and Research Initiatives). He has presented papers on education and management related subjects in five national/international seminars and holds membership in bodies of management scholars and practitioners.

Mr. Jnaneswar.K, is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management, has MBA from University of Kerala and Diploma in Training & Development from Indian Society for Training & Development, NewDelhi. He has experience in Industry & Academics. He was a consultant to Asian Development Bank. He was with DC School of Management& Technology. He received various training programs national and international from prestigious institutions like IIM, National Institute of Public Administration, Kuala Lumpur etc. He is currently pursuing PhD in Management.

Ms.Gayathri Ranjit, Senior Lecturer in Operations & Systems, holds an MBA in Svstems / Marketing and B.Tech from University of Kerala. She brings with her 3 years of experience in the IT Industry with UST Global, Technopark and Soffia Software Ltd, Chennai. She is also a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential holder from Project Management Institute (PMI) Pennsylvania.

Mr.Alex is a Senior Lecturer and alumnus of the TKM Institute of Management.He is a faculty member in the Operation Department. He is B.Tech graduate from the University of Kerala. He brings with him over 3 years of experience. Presently pursuing Doctoral Research in Management from MG University.

Ms.Archana.S, member of Faculty in Finance Rank Holder in MBA Rajagiri School of Management, Cochin. She brings with her 2 years of experience in Reliance Infocomm as Corporate sales Manager and 2 years of academic experience. Currently pursuing PhD in marketing from Kerala University

Ms. Nisa, Lecturer in Finance, holds a Post Graduation in Business Administration with specialization in Finance from Cochin University of Science & Technology. She has several years of industrial experience with Geojit Securities,C-DAC ,etc.

Ms. Ansa Salim, Faculty member of Marketing. She holds an MBA from MG University. She has one year experience in Retailing with Aditya Birla Retial Ltd.

Ms Merlin B Joseph is an MBA graduate from MG University. She has passed UGC Net (Lectureship) and holds NSE Certification in Financial Market (Capital market Module).

Ms Asha Peter, MA, M.Phil in Consulting Psychology. She has done research works on “ Job satisfaction and self esteem among public and private sector employees in Kerala” and research work on “ Interrelationship between Teacher effectiveness, social attitude and stress tolerance”. She has also attended various workshops in counseling and guidance.

Ms Archana B.Nair, Faculty Member in Marketing, holds an MBA from Lourdes Matha College of Science and Technology (Kerala University). She brings with her 1 year experience from a leading Private Sector Bank Network in India.
